(for example: missed notifications, staff changes, email problems, illness, etc.).

Any reduction or discount applies only when the payment is made on time, and not eligible for this case.
It is possible to check whether the patent is valid or not, going to Google Patent homepage. But if it doesn`t matter, you may skip this step.
Keep the Patent number in memory by use of Copy/Paste technic, so to reuse it, please.
If it is OK to fill whole in the next entry form and send the e-mail, then the quote mail will come to you in three days.
